Fallen Angel Reviews gave The House On Sheridan Street 5 Stars and said: Gale Solomon is a real estate developer who plans on renovating a newly purchased property on Sheridan Street. Things are going as planned except for Nathan Oakley, a man who isn’t what he appears to be, and the picketers lined up on the sidewalk. The instant attraction between the two men catches both of them off guard. For Gale, Nathan brings nothing but trouble. But it seems the old house holds more secrets than Gale originally thought. Nathan’s presence just might be the wrench in Gale’s plans. Can the Nathan convince Gale that he is who he says he is, or will love get in the way of the bottom line?
Rainbow Reviews gave The House On Sheridan Street 3 Stars and said : Mysteries, family scandals, betrayal, and scorching attraction, The House on Sheridan Street is quite a tale. Cat Kane brings a story of a damned past and new beginnings, a meeting under the rain. Two men brought together by history living in stone or materialistic practicality depending on who you ask. Gale has it all, charming, rich and savvy business man looking to cash in on a nice little gold mine. Nathan is looking for his history, running from his past, a poor man from Indiana looking for his way out. Sparks fly after one meeting, a clash of wills. Some compassion and trust in family treasures, and Gale Solomon, flawless in business and a disaster in his personal life, bends in some ways. Nathan has only himself to offer, and a pretty complicated dark past, yet is it more than just the house that Nathan want to get away with? Two worlds crushed apart and the broken pieces fit together to make one, a blooming love. A new home, Cat Kane's story is a nice one.
